Seven Quick Questions About Your System
The questionnaire covers the same things our technicians look at when they weigh a repair against a replacement.
Age and Warranty
How old the unit is, and whether it is still under a warranty of any kind.
SEER Rating and Refrigerant
The SEER rating of a central AC or heat pump, and whether it uses R-22, R-410A or another refrigerant.
Bills, Cycling and Comfort
Rising energy bills, a system that kicks on and off or runs constantly, and rooms that are too hot or too cold.
